I spent over 12 years as an executive leader at a full-service eCommerce company, where I was a key contributor to launching and scaling Snow Commerce from a living room startup into a thriving, 110-employee organization. I led a team that supported enterprise clients like NBCUniversal, Paramount, Microsoft, Disney, and MiLB across branded stores and marketplaces. In 2023, Snow Commerce was acquired by Printful, becoming their enterprise division.

As the company grew, I realized how much easier our rapid growth could have been with the right processes, tools, and measurable goals in place from the start. This experience ignited my passion for helping other small businesses achieve scalable, sustainable growth. Today, I work directly with business owners as an extension of their team, applying the insights I’ve gained to help them avoid the growing pains I faced.
