Find what's slowing your business down. Then fix it.
I work directly with established businesses across Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati to find what's creating extra work, frustrating customers or holding back growth. Then I help fix it, with better processes, the tools you already have, and AI where it genuinely helps.

WHERE I LOOK
Most businesses don't have one big problem. They have a lot of small ones that add up.
I look at two things: how well your business works for the people inside it, and how well it works for your customers. The best fixes usually help both.
Inside the business
Customer issues with no clear owner
The same information entered in three places
Processes that live in one person's head
Software you pay for but barely use
Reports that take hours, or don't exist
For your customers
A website that no longer fits your business
Booking or buying that takes too many steps
Slow replies to new inquiries
Questions that bounce between people
An online store that's hard to shop
Often, the same friction that slows down your team also creates a worse experience for your customers.
HOW I HELP
Three ways I help, one starting point.
Every project starts the same way: understand the problem before prescribing the solution.
Business Efficiency & AI Solutions
Less manual work, fewer dropped handoffs, clearer ownership. I improve workflows, get more from the software you already own, and add AI and automation where they save real time.
Customer Experience & Digital Solutions
Make it easier for customers to find you, book, buy and get answers. Websites, booking, follow-up and communication, designed as one customer journey.
eCommerce Growth
Strategy, merchandising, product development and storefront optimization. I've built eCommerce programs for major brands and run my own online business, and I work with local retailers and national brands alike.
ON AI AND TECHNOLOGY
I use modern tools. I don't lead with them.
AI, automation and modern digital tools can make a real difference for a small business, and I use them whenever they genuinely improve how the business runs. But I always start with the business problem, not the technology.
Whatever I recommend has to work for the employees and customers who actually use it. I meet people where they are instead of forcing new tools on them. The goal isn't more technology. It's work that gets easier and stays that way.
RECENT WORK
What this looks like in practice
Three examples of the range of work, from operations to eCommerce.
Customer service escalation
Growing eCommerce company
Challenge: Customer issues shared in group chats had no clear owner and could slip through.
Solution: Redesigned the team’s existing Trello setup with clear ownership and a simple escalation path. No new software needed.
Impact: Created clear ownership and escalation paths so customer issues could be tracked and resolved instead of getting lost in group chats.
Operations and measurement
Youth sports organization
Challenge: A growing organization lacked clear performance numbers and consistent processes.
Solution: Built program performance measures, simplified uniform ordering and got more from their existing Square setup, designed for a team with mixed comfort with technology.
Impact: Gave leadership clearer visibility into program performance while simplifying recurring operational processes for the team.
Licensed eCommerce programs
Major entertainment and consumer brands
Challenge: Licensed brands needed online stores that reflected the brand and sold effectively.
Solution: eCommerce strategy, merchandising, assortment, product development and storefront optimization.
Impact: Helped grow and optimize licensed eCommerce programs across major entertainment brands, improving the customer experience while supporting long-term program growth.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll work with me directly.
I'm Robin Echeverria. I spent 12 years helping build Snow Commerce from a startup into a 110-person eCommerce company, growing from project manager to VP of Client Services and leading programs for brands including NBCUniversal, Paramount, Microsoft, Disney and MiLB. Along the way, I solved the problems that come with growth: unclear ownership, messy handoffs and processes that stop working. I also run my own online business.
When you work with Ignite, you work with me, from the first conversation through implementation. When a project needs specialized skills, I bring in trusted partners and stay accountable for the result.
THE FIRST STEP
Start with a Business Opportunity Assessment.
In a focused assessment, I'll find where your business is losing time, frustrating customers or missing opportunities, and help you decide what's worth fixing first. You'll leave with a short, practical roadmap, not a 50-page report.
